一尺花园（院士故里店）位于上海市浦东新区港西街66号，项目占地面积约3000平方米，建筑面积约820平方米。

这里曾是中国工程院院士黄培康故居老宅的后花园。黄宅后花园反映出新场古镇独特的“前店中宅跨河为园”建筑布局，折射出古时新场人家亦商亦农的惬意生活。花园里的一草一木、假山泥路都是根据黄氏后人的回忆重建，复刻了记忆中童年的乐园，并融入了现代艺术设计。

一尺花园（院士故里店）邀请您来到新场古镇，跨过后市河上的小桥，来到安静惬意的院子里小憩片刻，在新老交替之中感受富有生命力的乡土文化。

about One Step Garden （Huang Academician's Hometown）

One Step Garden (Huang Academician's Hometown) is located at No. 66, Gangxi Street, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, the project covers an area of about 3,000 square meters, with a building area of about 820 square meters.

This was once the back garden of the old residence of Huang Peikang, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering.The back garden of the Huang family house reflects the unique architectural layout of the Xinchang Old Town. The front street is a store, the middle is a residence, and across the river is a garden. The flowers, plants, rockeries and paths in the garden are reconstructed according to the memories of Huang's descendants, replicating the childhood paradise of memory and incorporating modern artistic design.

One Step Garden (Huang Academician's Hometown) invites you to Xinchang Historic Old Town, crossing the small bridge over the Houshi River, to the quiet and cozy courtyard for a short break, and feel the vitality of the local culture in the midst of the old and the new.
