One Step Garden (Chan‘s Mansion) is located at No. 1 Guifang Lane, Haishu District, Ningbo City, with a building area of about 1100 square meters.

Chan‘s Mansion, a century-old building that was originally constructed during the Republic of China era, has witnessed the splendid life of the famous modern Ningbo industrialist, Mr. Chan Qingheng. A hundred years ago, with a diligent spirit and the concept of saving the nation through industry, he founded the Ningbo Wanxin Cotton Mill, making outstanding contributions to the development of modern Chinese national industry.
