新门店位于天津市河北区建国道100号，总建筑面积约为1200平方米。

奥匈帝国俱乐部旧址始建于1902年，是奥式风格的四层砖木结构建筑，距今已有120多年的历史。这里曾是原奥匈帝国政府驻天津领事馆休闲的场所。后来，俱乐部被改造为大北饭店，当地戏剧艺术氛围浓厚，梅兰芳等京剧名家来津时曾在此居住，如今的旧址与德云社一街之隔。

One Step Garden (Former site of the Austro-Hungarian Club) is located in No. 100 Jianguo Road, Guangfu Road Street, Hebei District, Tianjin, China, within 1200 square meters.

The former site of the Austro-Hungarian Club, built in 1902, is a four-story brick and wood building in the Austrian style with a history of more than 120 years. It used to be a place of leisure for the former Austro-Hungarian Consulate in Tianjin. Later, the club was transformed into the Dabei Hotel. The Chinese Traditional Dramatic Art has been rooted deeply here since the famous Peking Opera artists such as Mei Lanfang used to live here when he came to Tianjin, and today this building is just one street away from the De Yun She, a famous crosstalk performance center in China.
