一尺花园（李氏民宅店）将于4月2日正式对外试营业。

李氏民宅位于上海市泾南路34号，总占地面积约1200平方米。该建筑原为上海造船商人李树山的宅院，始建于1933年。民宅中西合璧，是上海开埠时代浦东洋泾浜地区的时代缩影。

今日阳光穿过茂密的树叶投在门口两侧的古砖墙上，组合为一幅年代久远的历史画卷。李氏民宅已经不仅是一座地标建筑，更是文化，是“魅力洋泾”的见证者，一本诉不尽的“历史书”。

about One Step Garden （Li Family Mansion）

One Step Garden (Li Family Mansion) will officially open to the public on April 2nd for a trial run.

The Li Family Mansion is located at No. 50 Jingnan Road, Shanghai, covering a total area of about 1,200 square meters. The building was originally built in 1933 as the residence of Li Shushan, a Shanghai shipbuilding merchant. The mansion is a combination of Chinese and Western styles, epitomizing the era of Shanghai‘s Yangjingbang area in Pudong during the opening of the port.

Today, the sunlight through the dense foliage is cast on the ancient brick walls on both sides of the entrance, combining them into a historical scroll of a long time ago. Li Family Mansion is not only a landmark building, but also a culture, a witness of ”Charming Yangjing“ and a living history book.
