一尺花园（安和花园店）位于上海市长宁区新华路179号，室内外面积约700平方米。

该住宅建筑是新华路外国弄堂一幢沿街住宅，建于 1925 年，1999 年被列为上海市***历史建筑。

这是一幢具有德国式民居风格的别墅建筑，假三层砖木结构，机制红平瓦双坡屋面，屋面檐口处有折坡，并有棚屋形老虎窗。

此建筑原为外侨居住，解放前夕外侨回国，后由房管部门管理。

About One Step Garden (Anhe Garden)

One Step Garden (Anhe Garden) is located at No. 179 Xinhua Road, Changning District, Shanghai, with an indoor and outdoor area of about 700 square meters. 

The building used to be residential and facing the street side in Foreign Lane, Xinhua Road. 

It was built in 1925 and was listed as an Excellent Historical Building in Shanghai during 1999.

This is a villa building with German-Residential style. The structure of this building is with fake three-story brick and wood and a machine-made red flat tile with double-slope roof. 

The roof cornices had folding slopes, as well as shed-shaped dormer windows.

This villa was originally inhabited by aliens. Before China’s liberation, they returned to their mother land, and the villa was handed to managed by the Ministry of Housing from then on.
